01、We provide our dear customers NO Hassle “Free-Return”+”Refund” Service.
(A) Within 30 days since the item delivered, no matter what reasons that make you are not satisfied with our products, we do free return for you!
(B)For customers’ holiday convience, we added a return window extension , all orders on NOV 01 – JAN 31, can do free return no late than MAR 20.

- Please contact us and our customer service representative will give you the “Return Label”,send it to your email for you to print or dowload.
- Note: Please do not send your items to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
03.Refund / Replacement
Step 1. Contact us to return items for free.
Step 2.We’ll create the free return label for you, and you return the items to our Return Address.
Step 3.Once we receive the item, we’ll initiate the refund process. Normally the refund will appear on your account within 5-7 business day. (It depends on your bank processing) Or we will reship another correct item to your address.
If you decide to cancel your order please contact us, we’ll cancel your order and FULL REFUND you.
